# Globster Agent Harness Globster is by monday.com. We built our own agent harness to control how agents behave and adapt them to a wide range of use cases, tools, and team workflows. The Globster Agent Harness manages memory, tasks, tools, and routines. Your agent uses it to work toward goals, review results, and return to scheduled work. ## Connected Memory: Remember People and Projects Save facts about people, projects, and organizations. Your agent can use their relationships and past context in later tasks. Review, correct, or remove saved memories when things change. Flag missing owners and bring me the decisions that need me. ## Work & Review Loops: Review Work Before Moving On Your agent can check the result of a task, identify gaps, and revise its next step. If it lacks information or needs a decision, it can ask you. Illustrative use case: Before sharing the brief, check whether every action has an owner and a next step. ## Smart Dreaming: Organize What the Agent Learns Smart dreaming organizes relevant memories and lessons between tasks. That context can inform later work, such as using lessons from one project when planning the next. Illustrative use case: Use what we learned from the last launch when helping plan the next one. ## Agent Routines: Schedule Recurring Work Configure a routine for work that needs to happen regularly. Your agent can check progress, revisit a goal, or prepare an update on a schedule, without a new request each time. Illustrative use case: Use our weekly brief format whenever you prepare a project update. ## What Is an Agent Harness? An agent harness manages the context, tools, and execution of an agent. Globster’s harness supports saved memory, task tracking, goals, review, and scheduled routines. ## Can the Agent Work Without a New Message? Yes. A configured routine can return the agent to scheduled work and report updates or blockers. It follows the access and schedule you set. Creating a goal alone does not start a routine. ## How Does Entity-Based Memory Help? Saved context is connected to people, projects, organizations, and their relationships. That makes it easier to bring the right facts into a later task. You can review, correct, or forget saved memories. ## Does the Agent Remember Every Conversation Automatically? No. Saved memory and conversation history are different. Use memory for the useful context you want carried forward; review saved facts when they change. ## Will a Goal Automatically Start a Routine? A goal describes the outcome. A routine must be configured and activated to revisit work on a schedule. Setting a goal alone does not schedule background work. ## When Does the Agent Need My Input? A task may need a decision, missing information, or permission. The agent can flag the blocker and keep the item open. You should review results before relying on them for important decisions.
